Meet the CLOUDBURST umbrella - because we enjoyed our first collab with Solo Design Studio so much that we only went and did another...

Inspired by a shared love for dramatic storm clouds, shifting skies, and those magical moments when sunbeams break through the grey, the CLOUDBURST captures the energy and optimism that can be found in even the stormiest weather. Balancing bold abstract shapes with rich, atmospheric colours, it's designed to turn heads whatever the forecast.

Crafted from recycled materials and engineered to stand up to wet-weather adventures, the CLOUDBURST combines sustainability, performance, and standout design in one seriously dependable umbrella. It’s a celebration of creativity, colour, and eco-conscious design – without compromising on the serious stuff.

- Wind-resistant 10-rib fibreglass frame - designed with enough flexibility to adapt not snap, even in tough conditions.

- Canopy made from recycled plastic bottles (RPET) – helping reduce plastic pollution and give discarded bottles a second life.

- Vented canopy – allows wind to pass through safely, reducing the risk of damage in strong winds.

- Automatic open and close – one-handed, effortless use when you’re on the move.

- Quick-dry PFC-free canopy – natural waterproofing without harmful ‘forever chemicals’, it repels water and dries fast.

- Innovative drawstring pouch – traps excess droplets so your umbrella can go straight back in your bag after use.

- Compact size, generous coverage – 29cm x 6cm folded, expanding to 98cm open for full coverage.

- UV sun protection (UPF 50+) - shields you from harmful exposure so you’re protected come rain or shine.

- Sustainable wooden handle - reducing our use of forever plastics, forever.

We’re from Manchester, so we know a thing or two about rain. That’s why at SOAKED, we take a functionality-first approach to umbrella design, without compromising the planet.

With one billion umbrellas being discarded each year it's time to do things differently - because throwaway brollies just aren't our style.
