UK Standard Delivery — £3.00
Delivered in 2–4 days via Royal Mail 48hr Tracked as standard. For Northern Ireland customers, we use an alternative carriers including Yodel, DPD, or Evri.

UK Small Items (Reusable Bags) — £1.95
Delivered in 3–4 days via Royal Mail.

Free UK Delivery — orders over £70
Spend £70 or more and free standard delivery is automatically applied at checkout. No code needed.

EU Delivery — N/A
We've temporarily paused shipping to the EU in line with the EU's new Packaging and Packaging Waste Regulation (PPWR). While SOAKED already proudly uses fully recyclable FSC-certified packaging, the Regulation requires businesses outside the EU to appoint paid Authorised Representatives and pay into country-specific packaging collection schemes - costs that sadly aren't viable for a small business like ours right now. We hope that in time, exemptions are introduced for small businesses, and we're watching this space closely. Wish us luck!
